We collect information about your transactions with us and we do use this information to recommend new products and services to you.
Does BZ Beach Store Share My Information?
BZ Beach Store does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
1) In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights to defend against legal claims.

Can I Close My BZ Beach Bum Account?
All of our customers have the ability to Edit and Delete information related to their account. There is also a link in the BZ Beach Bum members page that allows customers to request that their account be closed.
BZ Beach Store reserves the right to preserve this information for later use to provide our customers with information related to new items, current promotions and other related information.
Does This Policy Ever Change?
BZ Beach Store may update this policy, but we will notify you about any significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

BZ Reward Bucks -
BZ Beach Bums earn BZ Reward Bucks on every purchase they make of twenty (20) dollars or more. BZ Reward Bucks are granted in increments of one (1) dollar for every twenty(20) dollars spent. BZ Reward Bucks are issued in the form of a Coupon Code that can be redeemed in combination with other promotions at the time of checkout towards future purchases.
BZ Reward Bucks are typically issued seven (7) days after initial purchase and expire thirty (30) days from date of issue. If a customer wishes to use their BZ Reward Bucks towards a purchase and the purchase total is less then or equal to the amount of Reward Bucks being used, the full amount or total value of the Reward Bucks coupon being used is applied. No residual amount will be credited back to the customers account.
Example: If you purchase a $10.00 beach towel and use a coupon code for $12 in BZ Bucks, the full amount of $12.00 is utilized.
BZ Reward Bucks can not be used towards discounts on shipping. Orders that total to zero (0) dollars are still subject to all relevant shipping and handling costs and or restocking fees.
If BZ Reward Bucks were used towards a purchase and the merchandise is later returned, only actual currency (NON BZ Reward Bucks) may be credited to the customer. Customer agrees to forfeit all BZ Reward Bucks used towards that purchase unless they request an exchange of product.The exchanged product may not later be returned for additional credit except in the event of a damaged shipment.
BZ Beach Store reserves the right to deny the redemption of any and all BZ Reward Bucks towards current or future purchases and suspend a customer's ability to earn BZ Reward Bucks in the future. BZ Reward Bucks is an official promotion of BZ Beach Store and can not be combined with any outside offers or specials from the manufacturer of any product.
Use of BZ Reward Bucks does not affect a product warranty.
BZ Reward Bucks are only issued with the purchase of new, non-sale, non-promotional item(s), and are only issued on eligible purchases. Purchases made using BZ Reward Bucks are not eligible. BZ Reward Bucks can only be redeemed towards new, non-sale, non-promotional items and may not be used for product up-sale or exchanges.
On normal, non sale, non promotional purchases, the calculation to determine the eligible amount of BZ Reward Bucks is as follows:
Item Selling Price or Order Total Less Shipping (Rounded Down) = New Eligible Amount
Example: If the order total is $30.59 Dollars, then the amount eligible for additional Reward Bucks would be $30.

Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address zip code, the size and weight of the merchandise. You may view your shipping total in the shopping cart prior to checkout.
All shipping options are seen on the shipping method selection step during checkout.

Orders placed for these items before 12:00pm EST (Noon) (Monday - Friday) typically ship the same day!
Some items may be drop shipped to you directly from our premium vendors. Drop ship items are identified on the web site and may not be eligible for express shipping.

All items ship with signature release waiver, allowing the delivery person to leave the package at your front door. Please make arrangements to properly accommodate the delivery.
By completing an order you agree to the signature release on all packages sent to you by BZ Beach Store.
Although inventory is presented in real time, we do allow Backorders on some items that might be temporarily out of stock or in high demand. The shopping cart will indicate the status of these items. If the backordered item is scheduled to restock within a week of placing your order the order will be held to ship complete, unless otherwise specified at the time of checkout. If you request the order to be split additional shipping might be charged on the backorder shipment.

Order Tracking:
You may obtain real time order tracking information for all of your shipments by logging in to your online BZ Beach Bum Account.
Return Policy & Warranty:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 10 days of delivery for full store credit, less shipping charges, on the returned merchandise. Sorry no refunds.
** Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization!
To obtain a Return Authorization Code please sign in to your BZ Beach Bum Account, access your order detail information, and use the "Request Return" feature. We will review your request and once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with the return approval code and return address along with all other relevant instructions.
Please make sure that the returned merchandise is in its original packaging unused and unsoiled.
** WAS YOUR PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING? -

All shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Return the merchandise via a trackable shipping method such as UPS ground. Your return will be processed for store credit once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Damaged or soiled merchandise will not be credited.
Returns which are outside the 10 day return period - will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns Involving Free Shipping:
Occasionally we offer Free Shipping on select items. This will be indicated in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges for any merchandise exchanges or re-shipments.
Customers returning 3 items or more will incur a 15% large-return fee.
Unauthorized Returns - will incur a 25% non-compliance fee.
Damaged Products -
Please make sure you inspect the delivered products upon receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
To report a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service during normal business hours. Please remember to indicate which items were damaged. BZ Beach Store will then issue a Return Authorization code for the merchandise. Upon receipt of the materials we will process your new order. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damages prior to receiving a Return Authorization code.
Bad Address Returns:
Merchandise returned due to a bad address or undeliverable location, will incur a $5.00 restocking fee and be subject to additional shipping charges should the customer request the merchandise be re-shipped.
Our products are designed for private use and are not intended for commercial, public, or rental usage unless otherwise indicated.
BZ Beach Store warranties our products for the first 30 days after delivery. After that the products are guaranteed through the manufacturer for a limited time period. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
